The Distillary District is so hidden in Toronto, that you kind of feel like you're going the wrong way while trying to find it with a GPS. I barely even noticed that it is situated right underneath a noisy highway because I was too busy enjoying the European feel of the whole place. The little neighbourhood has cute stone paths, tons of independent shops and cafes, and rustic buildings that are in really good shape.
Balzac's is hands down my favourite place there. Thank you Dragons Den for helping me discover it!
