After last nights feast, a much needed walk was in order. (And especially since I have been inside watching TV since my finals ended almost two weeks ago - despite my promise to myself to hit the yoga studio a few times a week. Ugh. The shame.)
We don't have any (I mean not a single soul) relatives in this country/continent, so Christmas has been low key and non-traditional ever since I can remember. We always invite friends over for Christmas Eve dinner and decorate the tree only a few days before the 25th. Then, on Christmas day, we don't really do much other than watch TV, eat leftovers, and open a humble few gifts.
With love and gratitude, Merry Christmas to all who celebrated today. I hope yours was a white one! Oh well, it made our walk bearable.
