It was the hippest place I have ever slept. The hostel is upstairs, and the restaurant/bar is downstairs. The food is simply delicious and inspired. The vibe is real good after dinner when locals and tourists alike hangout and drink beer. And, as you can see, the interior is quite special and the light is perfect all day long. They even had
on tap, which made my day!
Fallon and I stayed here before our road trip. On my last day, I sat in the restaurant to write postcards, write in my journal, look outside at the humble mountains across the street, and I ate the best fifteen dollar soup with bread and butter.
